I buy a asusnzenphone max pro m1 …from flipkart but after 15days usage ..am facing issue with charging pin it gets discharge automatically ..than I go for warranty but silchar servicecenter not accept my mobile they told me to go guwhati scenter…'…plz help me what to do

I m using asus zenfone max for about 1year.. my phone's speaker is not working smoothly..it gives some crashy sound when i play a song or anything….. and my charger pin is also not fit to the pin of my phone. For this there create many problem during charging.

My location seems not to work properly,,when i open google maps and turn on the lacation it doesnt locates my position even it cannot locate the position any where and cannot load my current location..I don't know what happened to it. Any help please suggesting a pretty idea. Any one please.

Battery of my Asus Zenfone-5 is not charging. The date of purchase was 15-08-2015. The problem arises during last 15 days. I contacted to my Retailer Smart City Mobile, Goldighi Mall 1st floor, Silchar. Although it is in warranty period, it was repaired three days ago through your service centre with payment 1000/-. But from yesterday i.e. from 23-03-2016, the battery is again not charging. I have not received any repairing cash memo and replacing item of mobile from your end. Asus is a reputed mobile company and I donot know what type servicing do you dealing with? So, my request is that please repair my mobile set. I am visiting serveral times at your retailer in this respect.
