I bought a Lenovo Vibe C mobile from S.S. communication ,Sangli on 25.06.16.For some problem, I went To Shri Ganesh Service Centre,off.Ganpati peth twice.First about 2 months back,but the problem persisted,so again I went to service station in 1 st week of Feb.2017,after repeated follow up I got my mobile repaired ,after more than 10 days.
Till then so much inconvenience was caused to me.But…..
Very poor service.Staff needs education on all grounds viz.customer service,communication with customer,customer care.I think these words have no meaning in this service centre.
