New device 10.or g praches on 28/10/2018 & after 10 days starting ok but before 2days 09/11/2018 massage mobile update. Before update started mob. V 8.0.2 but mob starting and automatically switched off so help costumer care power+ volume- press continue 15 second but device 10.or g strating & switched off before 1 min but not in sim card device start but after 2 min switched off then power button 15 second then start & mob off 3 to 4 time So plz. Need to help me.
