Worst service and method of handling problems
I bought 10.or phone in June 2018.. last week i got problem in earphone jack in my cellphone.. I went to the service center ..they said…login problem with 10.or and i have to leave my phone for 10-15 days if my compliant will be submitted
What's the hell it is? Neither They are ready to give any standby phone not giving my phone back with in 1-2 days.. Is it feasible…very small work is taking 10-15 days… No service..no spare parts provided by the company ..
