Where the found that the main board has-been worn out and it needs replacement with approval from your side as there was warranty period and you have to wait for next 10 days. I approached the center dealer and he replied that their request have-been rejected and i have to pay Rs.3500/- for re placement of the main board even though i am in Waranty period.I was shocked and upset in this reply.
I preferred your brand only as yours will-be very true and fair.
But i don't under stand your stand for such cases and your way to keep your customer in your circle.
Expecting your valuable feed back to reset the problem and guidance in this regard.
