    I am writing to report a significant issue with my recently purchased Realme Buds T110.
    I ordered these earbuds on February 5th, 2025, and received them on February 6th, 2025. The bill receipt has been attached to this email for your reference.
    Upon initial receipt and testing, the earbuds were functioning correctly. However, after a few days of use, I began experiencing problems. The left earbud stopped working properly, and at times, both earbuds would become unresponsive for periods of 2 to 4 days.
    The return period had unfortunately expired by the time these issues became consistent. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I followed various online troubleshooting guides, which temporarily fixed the issue for a few days. However, the problem soon returned, albeit for shorter durations (a few hours to a day).
    Currently, the right earbud has completely stopped working, rendering the device unusable.
    Given that these earbuds are relatively new and have developed a significant defect, I believe this issue should be covered under warranty. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem, either through repair or replacement of the defective unit.
    Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed with a warranty claim or service request.
