I purchased a Boat soundbar from amazon 4 months back, and one side soundbar speaker is not working, I called the service center 100 times then they send a person to repair the boat soundbar which I purchased. but that person can't able to fix the soundbar. so I called again service center they gave us the boat service center address (Shree Sai Communications, Address: 121, First Floor, Jade Arcade, Secunderabad, Telangana – 500003, Contact number:). after reaching there the person sitting at the counter speaks disrespectfully and shouted that they cant replace and repair the Boat soundbar they repair only boat headphones.
I am going to file a complaint in consumer court on BOAT Products and services.
