    I had purchased a Boat earpods from amazon 2 months back .
    Now, its not working properly and it is in the warranty period.

    Attached is the voice for the same!!

    Boat Service Centre F1 Solution and Service which in Lucknow gave us a pathetic service, they don't know how to treat their customer..

    Really disappointed that you give you company goodwill in their hands, they only drop your reputation in the market in terms of service!!

    Hope you will reply on the same mail as early as possible and give me a proper satisfaction.
