My zenfone of Asus co purchased on 15th to 18th oct'2016 but a problem arises on lcd screen(a parallel lines are appearing on screen causing hazy from 23rd NOV'2016). Is this problem covers within waranty period? Will it be repairable? If the problem not covers the waranty how much will be the cost to repair?

As per your advice I have contacted the above no. but they denied as ASUS serce centre. So my request is please provide the proper contact no. of some responsible person of Asus so that i can get the in proper use

I have one ZENFONE MAX.
Purchased ON 02-07-2016. Accidentally It fall from my hand. Crack developed on the screen and not able to make on/ off the phone or use the phone. Can it be fixed in your service centre? What is your service centre timing , when they will pick up the phone ? Pl. inform me through mail

it happen suddenly after a night when m in collge function i tried to open camera i noticed the problem pls reply me as soon as possible.

I've asus zenfone max (Z010D, 2gb ram, 16gb internal) nd issue is unable move downloded apps internal to sd card. For this my internal store will be full if i download some apps or a game, and ram memory now is 93% full. I was sent a e-mail in Asus. They told in case you want to move app to SD card, the only solutions that we can advise is downgrading firmware. Please visit our ASUS Service Centre then ask our agents to help you downgrade safely. May i solve my problem in Durgapur (Microsys) Asus service center. Please rpley me fast as soon as possible.
