Assus Zen phone automatically start.

while talking with someone over phone,my voice reached to other side in very low intensity hence I have to speak loudly.

My asus mobile model no.ASUS_008DA.
Mobile battery is getting drain very quickly and while talking with someone over phone,my voice reached to other side in very low intensity hence I have to speak loudly.
When I connect this to laptop,pop-up shows ASUS driver failed to support due to which I'm unable to transfer any data from this phone.
Kindly resolve this on priority.

I am using ASUS Z00LD, I am facing a problem related bettey backup before some time my cell working very fine, At a time I used A chinese Charging Adaptor cell will be shut down, after this i will open the back cover & remove the bettery, after fitted the bettry cell will be power on with auto charging mode in cell on or off.
Pls tell me the cost of asus service center

Hi! I just bought Asus Zenfone a couple of weeks back, and now, there seems to be some problem with the microphone. During calls, the receiver at the other end can hear my voice only if I turn on the loudspeaker. Pl advise.
