Dear Sir I have buy the Samsung On 7 Mobile Last Month suddenly we are facing a problem regarding Remaining Battery Drop down when Mobile was indicate Low battery but when we connect the Charger Remaining Battery drop down 0% and when start the Charging and take very long time to charge the mobile it will be taking 03 or 4 Haur, so i request you please do the needful at earliest.
