  • Hi I am Rajeev Gejji , procured Samsung mobile – model G 531 from Sheetal comunication – Shop no 4 , Gunjan , Vapi , in last march , now it was giving battery problem, it is under warrenty , so i have handover to this shop for replacement 25 days back , samsung authorised person collected it & sent to your service station , told us that it will be replaced in one week. But after 25 days over , still no responce , mobile is also with you.
    Can you state status of this ? is it way your company take care of customer ?
