I bought asus zenfone max z110. Am facing a problem in sim card usage. When i use my phone in dual sim mode automatically one sim gets disabled . i am getting a vertical red line on display. Its jst 2 months i got this phone nd facing such problems. Kindly someone guide me how to resolve these issues. Can i go for exchange of this set?

I purchased 1.5HD mobile on line by seeing add on TV on 5.10.2016 .Frankly spoken I was afraid to buy this mobile as customer feed back but i ignore . This was become fact that said mobile was defective not supporting any sim. Now I want my payment of Rs 6148/- as mobile cost should be returned to me immediately as per-despatch inspection was not done properly by the company.
