Asus Zenfone Max….
Signal strength is showing very low . So the during Voice calls , sound are breaking & can't hear properly . I have changed my SIM but still the same problem is presists.
There was no changes happened after reset the factory setting . Network mode also changed from 3g to 2G but not yet rectified issued.
Pls advise what can I do ?

It is frustrating. I have been trying to reach your service centre for the past 2 hours. Nobody attends to telephone. Finally when I did get through I was asked to call back. Since for the past 2 hours I have been unsuccessfully dialing to get connected!
Quite simply pathetic.

The service at your Trivandrum centre is pathetic.No body bothers event to attend to phone calls. Please check and do the needful.

Hi,im havin a prob with my zenfonemax network,its got very weak network as i have checked with my dads zenfonemax with the same bsnl network sim.how do i get this fixed,if i drop my cellfone at the service center how long woukd it take to resolve this,coz i have to to travel all the way tvm jus for this issue. My fone still under warranty.

I brought it from oxygen kottayam,,when i asked them about it they said that they should get order from the authorised service centre to make replacement,,thats why i consulted u guys….

*drains out too fast compared to my friend's
*feel too much heat while talking,using apps,even when kept simply in pocket
*can't pair bluetooth with other devices
*etc..
