I have recently purchased boat airdopes 280 ANC which is not properly work during call . Sometimes the voice didn't reach to the other end due to which I face problems continuously.
It also have a charge issue charge of earbuds down very fast and also show wrong in status bar .It shows 50% in the earbud but after use sometimes it became 60% how it is possible without charge

Delivered date -26 January.I want to exchange it from the official website of boat I am trying continuously but it can't work when I open the website and try to exchange it after touching the exchange button it shows some details is required to submit (like name ,email id, product name etc.)but the submit button does not work .
I am also contact with the service agent but they also didn't help me about the exchange of the product.So kindly think about it and please solve my problem as soon as possible and exchange or return the item
