Dream watch not working

I have purchased fireboltt visionary on dated 21/10/23. Display is not working properly even face detection and hand movements not working. I have compliant at customer service center..even after 4 days there is not positive response from their side. I suggested never buy this products. Very Very poor quality and service

I buyed firebolt watch buy it stopped working within 15 days

We have purchase new fire boltt wireless bluetooth headset but they didn't working

I had Purchase Fire boltt Smart Watch Ninja Call 2 Black as on dated 05/10/2022.
But now this time not show accrued time and date . Also not connected to Mobile phone and Da Fit app .

New Fire boltt watch battery problem.
Battery shows full when charging. And shows half when the charge is removed.

Show all parameter without touching body as well any surface
