Lenova note 8 serviced on.19.12.2020 at vcare,four roads for touch screen problem.The mobile was working for 4 hours only.Again the the touch screen problem.No response.I hope you will get it rectified free of charge.Shall I bring it monday 21.12.12.2020

This is HORRIBLE place. No one knows the actual meaning of customer service and lack of device troubleshooting skills.
Whenever you call up, they first ask "Amount yedhachum sonnangala" (did anyone mention the amount?) – then we will to clarify them our's is in warranty. Just money minded people.
Give your handset and just forget it, they take their own sweet time. Mine have taken more than 17 days and still counting. No proper response at all.
If you are in Salem, do not purchase Moto or Lenovo products ever. This service center guys are just JUNK.
