I had given my micromax mobile with model no. Q396 which was still under warrenty in lucknow micromax center in lalbagh.Price complex on 1.8.16 for battery replacement. I got SMS that it will be available by 28th august however when i called today yet battery is not available and asked to wait for one more week but can not confirm that within a week it will be available for sure . I had waited almost one month for battery and without phone. I am working person so u can imagine how many problem i am facing.Kindly provide the confirmed date and sms me . Mobile no. given in service center is .Kindly do the needful asap.
