The worst service centre ever i come across. Last month i visited this service centre for replacement of M21 touch scree, which was broken n still mobile was working perfectly.The service centre advisor informed me that they have to upgrade the OS an i agreed for the same.Two days later i took it back from them after repair.The moment i reached home the mobile start switching on in regular basis.i approached again the service center and they syas nothing can be done and the mother board has been corrupted.The way the service team behave is such, the visitor may feel its worst as we purchased a samsung product.
