[CLOSED] Samsung Mobile Service Center in Virar

I have very bad experience with Samsung Mobile service centre at Virar west, Gauthan road, near Virar Rly station.
On 5th Nov 2020 I have submitted my new Samsung A70 in the service centre due handset display issue. They took almost 4 weeks to replace the display. So, I had got back the mobile with display replaced.
But in the month of February 2021 my mobile start showing a problem of mobile switch off automatically frequently. So, on one of the evening while returning from office, my mobile got switched off totally. I have no choice to rush to same service centre but by the time it was closed.
I took chance to show it to a mobile repair exactly opposite to the same service centre. They said it is due to probably battery issue.
I permitted them to open the mobile AND VERY SURPRISINGLY FOUND THAT THE ORIGINAL SAMSUNG BATTERY WAS MISSING INSTEAD AN ORDINARY MOBILE BATTERY WAS INSIDE MY MOBILE. I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE THE BATTERY. I REALISED THE FRAUD AND DITCH THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE DID WITH ME.
I could easily make out that they had replaced my mobile ORIGINAL SAMSUNG mobile battery with an ordinary battery. I wish could have show the pic of that ordinary battery.

Hope you all should be careful while giving/taking the handover of the mobile phone from service properly checked.
