Sir the back button of my Asus zenphone does not work properly, what should I do?

I have visited ASUS service centre at shop no. 10, F 1 Info solutions at Ranchi. This was my 3rd visit for repairing of my ASUS sent one mobile. All times different rates have been quoted. Today my token no. was S6 but unattended. Reception along with Manager asked 100% advance payment that was some times 3500 and some times 3140. I was ready to pay 500 as advance. On negative response, I asked them to take payment from my Card. They take my Card and told me to go somewhere for swapping. I returned my Card back and left without getting service. I was surprised with the behaviour and quality of service. Shocking. THIS TYPE OF BAD MANNERS AND SERVICE QUALITY PROVOKED CUSTOMERS BE DISENGAGED RELATIONSHIPS WITH ASUS. PLEASE ADDRESS MY CONCERN.
