I have Asus Zenfone 2 laser 5.5. I have installed two SIM card in it. Both were working fine. But from last few days only one SIM is getting network while other not (on any SIM slot 1 or 2). I have also observed that the any one SIM is getting network only when I select 2G/3G/4G network for that SIM.
What I have to do for both SIM to work properly?

I have also found that the my Airtel SIM which I have upgraded to 4G also not getting network in this device only. Working fine on other devices.

I went to the service center and they are telling that there is a hardware issue in the phone.
Since the phone is in warranty period they are still asking me to pay for both hardware replacement and service charges.

Hi Sharma, try these steps and check if its helpful:
1. Try to clear off RAM and kill all apps running in the background
2. Make use of the AUTO Start Manager app by ASUS and disable all apps in startup
3. Ensure that your battery is above 30% always, since in low battery level CPU will not be able to perform efficiently
4. Uninstall apps which cause your device to slow down or check for updates in Google play store

Hi KK, try these steps and check if it helps:
1. Settings > Data usage > menu button (top right corner) > Enable 'Restrict dackground data' (tick it)
Reply back with your comments after trying it.
Also I think some app is turning ON the Data in your mobile, you might have granted it the permissions when installing. Try finding the app and uninstall it.
