Brand new Zen fone 5z is giving me trouble right from purchase since one month.It gets off any time.
I have purchase Asus Zenfone 5 in 2015. There is only one SIM card working in Handset at a time from last 4 days. If I insert ( 2nd) other sim than both the sim network is not available. So, I have to remove any one sim card from handset.
Please let me know what should i do?
Battery drains fast and I came across so many people who had to change the batteries just after 1 yr of purchase!

Hi Ankit, we don't have the spare part price list with us, please call the service center and confirm. If you are tight on budget I would suggest you to place a new screen guard on top of the broken screen and continue using the mobile, the screen looks cool. I'm using the same way.
