Sir maine fire boltt ka watch purchase Kiya but on nhi ho Raha hai

Maine Fireboltt visionary ultra 1.78 Amoled watch 7 month pehle kharida hai. Company ne 1 sal ka warranty diya hai. Abhi Watch charging nahi ho raha hai. Maine complent 6 din pehle dala hai lekin customer support se abhi tak koi response nahi hai.

Using Fire Boltt Hulk Smart Watch but Smartwatch Display stopped Working suddenly .
Now Trying to connect with Pune based service center but they said spare parts are not available .

Firebolt smatch watch that I have purchased at January is not working proper. When I press one function some other functions are open and the watch from 2 3 months is working very slow. Before the one year this much problems are occur in it.So please repair or either replaced it.

Yes I have also Charging issue of Fire Bolt smart watch it is within warranty please Give the exact address of service center.

Since then I m trying to reach the customer care and the service center phone no in Pune but no response from any of them. I need support ASAP. Watch is under warranty.

My firebolt is under warranty. Its not working nor getting charged.

Purchased a Bolt Ninja in Oct.'22 and it stopped charging around Dec.'22
Have approached Vijay Sales, Senapati Bapat Road from where the same purchased.
They asked to direct connect to Service Centre…..too painful to have a Faulty wrong purchase first and later struggling to get the same repaired.
