Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding extremely poor service.
my dissatisfaction regarding the online service booking system and WhatsApp support provided by LG. I have been trying to book an AC reinstallation service for the past two weeks through your online website and WhatsApp service. However, both channels have failed to provide any proper response or support. I have been trying to contact the LG Service Center in Edappally (Phone:) for more than two weeks to book an AC reinstallation service. However, no one is responding to calls, and I am unable to register my service request. I have been trying to book an AC reinstallation service for the past two weeks through your online website and WhatsApp service. However, both channels have failed to provide any proper response or support. Despite multiple attempts:
* The online booking system is not allowing me to complete the request
* The WhatsApp support is not providing any useful response or resolution
Due to this, I am unable to proceed with my service request, which has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
