Very poor service experience. My LG washing machine complaint was not resolved properly. Motor was changed/removed, but the machine still did not work. Later I was informed that PCB is not available. Complaint/service request was shown as closed/cancelled without actual repair and without my confirmation/Happiness Code.
I have invoice, service receipt, screenshots, call/message records and CCTV footage of motor replacement/removal. Only ₹767 service charge refund is being offered, but the machine is still not working.
Requesting LG/service center to provide proper repair, written part non-availability confirmation, replacement/buyback or fair compensation.
