I have Visited ASC-B2X CHANDIGARH S.C.O – 26, 1St Floor, Sector – 20 – D
on dated 5/12/16 regarding Repair of Mot XPlay Mobile handset, having issue Phone Switched off while on Phone call, later it will not got Switched on.
ASC had Issued a Tocken no 113( printed SANT RAMESHARI ENTERPRISED AUTH SERVICE CENTER,
BUT POST CHECKING handset RETRUED back to me , by saying , That first the will Seek Approval for warranty Services, post that They will call for resubmission the handset— they had not given me any Job Card/any Visit receipt, even I have asked for the same, but they denied by saying fir they will got approval, then only accept the handset.
Please confirm Have you got confirmation or not
