    To,
    The Service Manager,

Subject: Request for Replacement under Warranty for Defective Moto Edge 50 Fusion – Purchase Date: 19-04-2025 – IMEI: 351635XXXXXXX

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring a critical issue to your attention regarding my Moto Edge 50 Fusion smartphone, which I purchased on 19-04-2025 from Jagdamba Mobile Shopee.

The device has developed a severe and complex hardware defect that has rendered it completely unreliable and unusable for daily tasks. The problems began recently and are persistent.

The specific symptoms I am experiencing are as follows:

    1. Complete Audio Failure: The phone has stopped producing any sound whatsoever from the speakers, including during media playback, ringtones, and notifications.
    2. Severe Performance Lag: Video playback on platforms like YouTube (Shorts) and Instagram (Reels) has become extremely laggy and stutters excessively.
    3. Random System Restarts: The phone restarts on its own multiple times a day, without any warning or user input.
    4. Frequent Application Crashes: Apps crash automatically and frequently, even during simple use.
    5. Screen Flickering: The display exhibits intermittent flickering, which is disruptive and concerning.

In an attempt to resolve this issue myself, I have already performed a factory data reset, as is often recommended for software-related glitches. However, the problems persist even after the reset, which strongly indicates a fundamental hardware failure, most likely with the motherboard or System-on-Chip (SoC).

Given that the device is only five months old and suffers from such a critical failure, it is clear that this is a manufacturing defect. The handset is not "durable" nor "fit for purpose" as expected from a new device.

Therefore, as the device is well within its standard one-year warranty period, I formally request you to provide a replacement for the handset.

I have attached a copy of the original invoice for your reference. The IMEI number of my device is [Your Phone's IMEI Number].

I trust you will understand the gravity of this situation and process my request for a replacement at the earliest. Please acknowledge this request and keep me informed of the next steps.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Sincerely,

    Yashraj Pradeep Hatkar
