I have purchase poco x6 pro 12gb ram 512gb rom 8 months ago now in the display down side there was a black spot i have visit the Siliguri poco service center they told me in the display there is a normal scratch but they told me it's a deep scratch so they told me they will send the email to zonel headquarter after that if they will approve then only they can change the display latter on in evening they called me and told me zonal headquarter has refused to change the display I'm also a mobile technician from last 17 years there was no physical damage in the mobile phone and which scratch they are telling the scratch was far from the black spot i can only say poco is a froud brand please purchase the genuine brand I'm not here to promote any brand but I will say please don't buy poco any mobile phone
