Realme service centre gwalior (infirn IN FRONT OF DANIKE BHASKAR PRESH IN BHASKAR LANE JAYENDRA GANJ)
I have visited this service centre recently regarding realme air bud pro which i purchased recently and received defected. Issue is that the bud were not connecting to phone and not showing in my phone. They take 2 hour to check this issue after that they accept that bud has this issue. for replacement they made me to wait 3 hours more because of just getting feedback message and told me We can't give you a replacement until you received the message on your WhatsApp after that they took my phone and filled the feedback form himself delete that feedback message from my phone without my concern. That thing they are doing with everyone
Their behavior is very bad toward their customer.
I have talk with other people also they all are frustrated as i was. They are so giving miss information to people who dont have knowledge and taking money from them. Pathetic experience. That is my first realme product now i will think 10 times before buying realme product
