purchased Galaxy J2 Pro 16 GB at kelapakkam in April 13, 2017 at Rs.9,900.00
Unfortunately, the mobile is struck off. Whatever, button you punch any button, you will have a
vibration and the command you give won't working.
We are unable to contact the correct service center, inspite the samsung customer care guidance. considering and inability of ours, I personally request, the samsung service center
to help me.
