വളരെ മോശമായ സർവീസ് ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ കിട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഞാൻ കുറെ കാലമായി സാംസങ് മൊബൈൽ use ചെയ്യുന്നു. പക്ഷെ ഇപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അത്രയ്ക്ക് സംതൃപ്തി ഇല്ല. ഇന്നേക്ക് (16/062021 )10ദിവസമായി ഞാൻ ഫോൺ സർവീസ് സെന്റരിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ട്. ഇന്നേ വരെ ആരും തന്നെ വിളിച്ചില്ല. ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഫോൺ എടുക്കുന്നുമില്ല. സേവനം കുറച്ചുംകൂടി കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കാൻ വീനീതമായി അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.
