Complaint registered on 06.02.17. Service engineer came and found mother board needs to be repaired, Rs. 250/- charged. He said TV will be collected by Kothrud service centre with a charge of Rs.500/-
When contacted on toll free no. He says there is a remark saying customer will deliver TV to showroom. This is another blunder…
To date TV has not been collected.
I do not wish Sony to repair my TV and request refund of Rs.250/- paid to engineer
