I am very sad to hear that I bought a Motorola phone a month ago, yesterday the phone automatic switch off and now it is not turning on, the shop from where I bought they not listening to me and service centre ask me for one week.

It's first time for me to bought motorola it's a very bad experience also unexpected behaviour by their service manager

I HAVE PURCHASED MOTO E plus in the month of August 2017.Now this mobile has started giving troubles like key pad not working, charging problems, suddenly voice go very very low so that recipient can't heard properly, automatically stopped.
Kindly let me know what sort of favour you can extend to us? As my entire family use motorola cell phone only.but this particular product has given me a problem.

When I visited today your Service Center at Manohar Complex, Abids, Chirag Ali Lane, Hyderabad I am told that this service center is closed and only Secunderabad Service Center is available now. When you are selling your products aggressively, limited service centers will create lot of inconvenience to your customers, which may lead to drop in your sales. Please look into the matter. Hyderabad being a State Capital with one or two service centers is very poor on the part of the company.
